Charter Square
Charter Square is a new two-tower mixed-use project located on Fayetteville Street in downtown Raleigh. Constructed of natural stone and glass, the two towers will sit atop a new 622-space underground parking deck. Building One will rise 21 stories and consist of 405,000 square feet of Class A office, retail and residential space.
Situated adjacent to the new city plaza, tenants will have easy access to restaurants, shopping, entertainment venues and much more.
An ideal location for corporate headquarters, construction is scheduled to begin in 2009 and signage opportunities are still available.
