The Raleigh real estate market is extremely dynamic. The Research Triangle region has over 41 million square feet of office space and 38 million square feet of flex and warehouse space.

The City of Raleigh alone has:

- 20 million square feet of leasable office space, approximately 10% of which (2 million square feet) is currently vacant.

- 11 million square feet of leasable flex and warehouse space, of which roughly 12% (1.3 million square feet) is vacant.
